Request for Tutor OR Search and request for shortlisted tutors.   or Your request will be broadcast to all our tutors via email. Tutors will also quick apply for your tuition job. You will be alerted via SMS (if you opt to) and email whenever tutors apply for your job. Our system auto-matching will try to match suitable tutors and alert them of the match via email and SMS. Step 2. Match Tutors to request for suitable tutors(Optional).    Our SMS system will automatically send SMS and email to the tutors you requested to alert them of your interest. Step 3. SMS/Web Chat with tutors        To confirm/clarify details of your tuition         a) tutor qualifications,experience and rate         b) which days/time slots you want the tutor to come for tuition         c) what date/time you want the tutor to start the tuition You can also use your mobile to send SMS to the tutor through our SMS system as follows: SEND* JOB {job no} TO {tutor ID} {your SMS message} to98131298 Step 4. Prompt selected tutor to send Final Acceptance SMS Once you have confirmed all the tuition details with the tutor, you can then proceed to prompt the tutor to send Final Acceptance as confirmation of the agreed terms. Place Order for selected Tutor Upon receipt of Final Acceptance SMS, you may proceed to place order for the tutor wherein the tuition details will be released to the tutor to go for the tuition at the agreed date/time. Step 6. Make Online Payment using your credit card(optional)         We only charge tutors 50% of the first month's tuition fees as commission. No commission is payable by you. We only collect the tutor's commission from you on the first lesson. Our refund policy guarantees refund of the amount paid should the tutor fail to turn up for the first lesson or if subsequently no alternative tutor can be found.
