Tutors are given ratings based on their qualifications, tuition experience, student feedback and A-Star feedback. The ratings obtained are then aggregated and sorted in descending order and tutors are given a ranking, the smaller the ranking the better. Tutors are encouraged to upload their certificates and NRIC/Passport identifications to qualify for additional points in Qualification Ratings and A-Star Ratings respectively to enjoy higher ranking. Problem with SMS/Matching Panel Wednesday, August 11, 2010 Some tutors and students may have encountered problems in accessing the SMS/Web Chat and Matching Panel recently especially after the tutor has sent acceptance SMS to the student. We have found the cause and fixed the problem. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to students and tutors. At the same time, by login into your respective student and tutor account, the SMS/Web Chat panel, the SMS Status Panel and the Tuition Matching Panel have now been integrated into one screen for the convenience of all users.
